    • Lengua and al Pastor Skewers These were good. Definitely on the saucier, saltier side, but cooked perfectly temperature-wise. Don't get freaked out. It is topped with dried grasshoppers, but the flavor is great.
    • Beef Crudo It is topped with dried grasshoppers, but the flavor is great. I enjoyed the dish. It comes with this corn custard on top, which gives a little sweetness. Definitely recommend this one.
